Where do we ship?

We currently ship Australia wide

How much does shipping cost?

We offer two fixed rate delivery fees.

$10.00 for Standard Delivery

$15.00 for Express Delivery

And any order over $100 receives free shipping!

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within1–3 business days.

We ship orders using reliable Australian courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Can I get a refund for damaged goods?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or refund
  • Cover return shipping costs where applicable

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We accept change of mind returns if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags are still attached

Please note:

  • Change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund
  • You may choose an exchange or store credit
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Is Trigelow eco-friendly

All of our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton with no synthetic material. Our packaging is also made from recyclable materials.

Do you have a size guide?

Our size guide for each product is featured in the last image of the product. We also give guides depending on the height of our models.

What is Trigelow's guide for washing

Each product can have a different procedure for washing. Before you do wash your item, make sure you check the tag for instructions and limitations.

Does Trigelow have social media platforms?

We use both TikTok and Instagram and give you an update on exclusive deals, sales, and events.

Trigelow_Beach_Co is the username for both platforms.
